CERN Particle Accelerator
Scientists at CERN, at Meyrin, Switzerland (near Geneva), are currently working to use a particle accelerator/collider called a Large Hadron Collider to create micro-wormholes. There is a theory that this could eventually lead to the discovery of time travel in 2012 when the next generation particle collider is estimated to be completed.
